Mil Seii

• Duke Lassen - (cousin) dead. deceased duke of mil seii. killed by duzell using la gamme. hated ishtar. wanted the throne. used vampires. cruel and heartless. was behind most of ishtar's poisonings and assassination attempts.

Pets: A Kyarru she named Duzell (Who is really the Vampire King Duzell in disguise), and a Tribble (From the Facility, though she calls it a cute furball instead of Tribble, since the name is unused in the Facility) she named after her Great-Grandfather, Phelios.
Appearance: Standing roughly at five feet two inches and weighing one hundred and ten pounds, Ishtar has a figure of any blooming young princess, with a slender waist and long legs, with a moderate chest size. Her skin is pale like any rich and spoiled princess her age. Her hair is long raven black and reaches past her lower back as long as her bottom. She has jade green eyes that always sparks a sense of mischievous thoughts or plots in her mind. Ishtar is often seen wearing a lot of long dresses in the most fashionable way possible, and sometimes has the occasion of dressing up as a man to parade around Pheliosta unwanted.

Skills and Abilities

Abilities:
Fighting/Fencing/Sword Skills: She can't fight her way through a paper bag, but at instances she is capable of stabbing pretty slowly and striking the enemy with a few minour blows, but she has no killer's intent and doesn't know how to properly wield a sword at all. Even with Darres' help she can't do much more than defend and hit when the enemy's back is turned. In Facility, Ishtar's fighting capabilities have increased. She can decently swing a sword and defend herself. She can take down weak monster as well.

Spell Casting: From Ishtar's world there is something known as magic, and people can cast it. There is holy magic, blood magic, black magic, and elemental magic from what I seen. Ishtar can only cast holy magic that is wholly useless against anyone other than a vampire from her world. Though, she could use healing spells with the assistance of Sidia at times, and knows a few of them, she can't always remember them and use them correctly. Ishtar can cast a damage type magic, only when an enemy's back is turned. In short, she can't remember many spells. What she initially knows is La Gamme the spell that could obliterate any enemy with the cost of your life, used by St. Phelios against the Vampire King Duzell. Ishtar's magic has improved quite a lot thanks to Yujinn in Facility. She's able to heal and use a few defensive spells. The rest is still a learning experience.

Sidia: The Holy Sword, The Vampire Slayer. This sword is a weapon that is a symbol of Ishtar's rightful heir as the direct great granddaughter of St. Phelios. It is also the sword used to fight Duzell, invested with souls of vampires from his clan, it is able to damage a powerful Vampire King such as Duzell. The sword is also used to help amplify or make spells stronger in a sense. Ishtar never goes anywhere without it.

Sneaky/Sly: Ishtar's good at running around and hiding from people, ditching lessons and such, so evading the people is a good skill she had practiced while she was young. Ishtar usually finds strange maneuvers to escape the castle, but never really the best, but she is capable of running off and having people search her for a long time to find her.

Think that's all the main things that Ishtar is good at. She doesn't have any other special abilities.

Background Information

Personality:
Ishtar can be a bit of an idiot, though most the time she is. She's rude, with an intolerable personality, and no manners. She likes to speak her mind. She doesn’t like being told what to do, and often had a tendency to ditch her classes every now and then to go play in the fields. She always getting herself in dangerous situations, and coming up with ideas that are just downright stupid, and sometimes allows her ass to be saved by her lovable kitty vampire king, Duzell, or her bodyguard and crush, Darres. Despite that, Ishtar is very kind towards a few people. She cherishes her loved ones and does not wish for anything to happen to them. She would fight for them, even though she was a lousy fighter, and for the most part, she tries her best to help make the people around her happy.

She is seen as a tomboy, sometimes by the way she speaks and acts. She is the least lady-like character you can meet. She is very sweet when she can be and would possibly die to protect the ones she loves. She believes that the people of her kingdom love her only because she carries the sacred blood of their saviour St. Phelios, her Great-Grandfather, which has slowly drawn her to despise her ancestry.Ishtar can be charming and sweet at times, as well as goofy and sarcastic. She can be serious, when it involves her people. Ishtar wants to protect her people, as a Princess, even though she doesn't act up to it. What she says goes, and she often never takes no for an answer. She despises the fact that she was born as a descendant of Phelios, would gladly "spoon out his eyes and flay him herself, instead of waiting for some moldy old vampire to do it." She says. Ishtar is someone anyone could get along with, and at the same time, she poses trouble to all who are involved with her.

Though she can't bear to see the people she cherishes in danger, she often does things that are deemed dangerous to people around her to protect them. She doesn't realize the severity of the action, until it's too late and someone would have to help her clean it up, in certain cases,it's Darres, others Duzell. Darres is the person that Ishtar loves the most. As said by Yujinn, Ishtar loved Darres as child and as a young woman. She would would kill anyone that poses threat to her guard, and would kill herself for his safety.

At some point in the Vampire Game world, she did claim that she would prefer him a vampire if Duzell could change anyone, so that she would not have to watch him grow old and die. Ishtar is selfish, but she is loving and caring all the same. Each of her relatives, whether it was Falan, or simply Falan's father, Ishtar cherishes them at some point and does not want them to suffer because of her. Though she hates Lassen, because he had attempted to assassinate her under poor circumstances, Ishtar depised him even more for using people as his pawns. Ishtar will weep for those who have died, especially if they are close to her. Despite not having parents to look after her, she was able to establish and love her adopted family as if they were her true family.

Ishtar has a darker side that often comes out when people are threatened a bit too much. She's quick to run her mouth as she would to chase after Darres and Yujinn. Sometimes her use of language is hardly fitting of a lady her age, and often she has quite the mouth of the sailor, using cuss words words and calling people vulgar names.

History:
Ishtar is the great-granddaughter of the young king of Pheliosta that existed one hundred years ago, as well as the saviour of all human kind, St. Phelios. Phelios was the warrior that killed the Vampire King Duzell, who wanted to end all existence of the human race. St. Phelios is the one who cast the "La Gamme" a destruction spell that destroyed both him and Vampire King Duzell. Upon that, Duzell promised after one century, cursing the King, that he shall be reborn again, and gain revenge on the reincarnation of Phelios. At some point, Sharlen, and even Duzell himself, had believed she was the closest thing to Phelios' reincarnation, but in the end, Phelios was believed to be born in the family, after she married Darres and gave birth to beautiful twin boys. One which is believed to be the second reincarnation of Duzell.

Ishtar happened to be current ruler of Pheliosta. Her mother died at Childbirth, and at a young age, she was given a body guard, given the name Sir Darres. Ishtar is a stubborn, and bratty princess, who always seems to play hooky with her classes, as well as unable to memorize Holy spells. The young Princess found Duzell, reincarnated as a Kyarru, a harmless creature that feeds on fruit and nectar. Duzell bit Ishtar, and found that she was not Phelios' reincarnation, but it proved that Phelios will be born in the family again.

Ishtar coincidentally named the Kyarru Duzell, which was Duzell in this case. Once the young Princess found out that her Kyarru, was actually the Vampire King Reincarnated, she agreed immediately to assist him in his adventures -cough- mission to seek out the Reincarnation of her Great-grandfather. Duzell, was one of the people she cherished the most, and would do anything to protect him. Though, Ishtar was in love with Darres, her bodyguard, from the moment they had met, and as a child, and a young woman. She wants to marry him badly, but the Royal Family would not allow it, because he was not the descendant of the royal family, and his stature was a commoner compared to Ishtar's high rank, as the Ruler, and Current Princess/ Queen of Pheliosta. Ishtar causes all sorts of problems wherever she goes, and often, Duzell or someone else has to save her ass.

As she ventures from one part of Pheliosta, Ishtar gets one different experience after another. During La Naan, she managed to escaped being married to one of her cousins with a moving speech, in Ci Xeneth, her uncle's death was the result of her safe return to Pheliosta. With of course, helping the vampire king scout out all her relatives for him to test their blood and see if they were the reincarnation of her deceased great grandfather and the vampire king's enema that he wishes to take revenge on. With those many failures and still no Phelios, Ishtar herself had begun to mature a bit more, taking her situations seriously and not getting everyone into massive trouble with her idiotic plans.

Roleplay Sample - Log:
Ishtar found herself staring at the white floor she was laying on when she woke up. There was a painful sore coming through her back and neck, like somebody had tossed her in here. Of course, she could have sworn the forest floor was brown with mud and dirt. Apparently, she lying in a sort of white floor, tile, maybe?

She jolted up, green eyes scanning the area with her pupils. Okay, when did she end up in the clinic? She could have sworn that she had been in the forest with the two guards. Well Duzell was her 'personal doctor' and Darres her guard and current love and interest, but that didn't matter right now. What mattered was she was stranded in a clinic. Did she get injured? The girl ran a hand through her hair and stood up, feeling a bit light headed, the curious princess started towards the opened door and into the hallway.

Her eyes were fixed on her surroundings without saying much first. She stepped out, her shoes made noises against the ground and stopped as she heard it echo. Well, what creepy place echoes? It reminded her of a flippin cave. She turned a corner. So how big was this clinic? It look far to fancy.. and too technological to be from where she was. Though, was she in Pheliosta anymore? Or Rezenia whatever...

"Hey... Darres you here, Duzie?!" she called aloud, hearing her voice echo again. Dammit, there was no way she was going to be able to remember and get out of here. It was to vast, too big for her liking. The princess frowned. Perfect. In this situation, even Lassen could kill her if he could. Sharlen could pop up but she saw no one, yet, she was still paranoid about that. She didn't even know if her ruelles have the ability to protect her now.

Tell me I didn't just get lost again... Where's the forest, and Darres? Hey, Duzie, you around?

{complete silence answers her}

Oh damn, I think I did just get lost. I could have sworn we were in the forest near Rezenia. I guess not so much anymore...

{Moving a few steps forward}

Darres? Duzie? Yujinn? Vord? Anyone? I can't believe I got myself into this again. Darres is gonna have my ass on a paddle for sure this time. Think, what would Darres do in this situation?

{A small pause}

Shit, he wouldn't get himself in this... dammit.

{half laughing}

Bet Keld's tearing his hair out lookin for me, if he pulled at it all, he might just go bald. Maybe he'll rip off his beard too.

Forms of Magic

Holy Magic: Considered to be the most common magic used in the VG world. Holy Magic has only been passed down to those who were descendants of Phelios, judging from the ones that were able to cast that magic. This type of magic is used against mainly undead and vampires. A lot of times this magic is forged with powerful weapons which then gives the user the ability to cut a vampire or an undead. Otherwise they'll come back or they'll be unharmed if they're high level vampires. Among them the most deadliest spell is 'La Gamme,' a destruction spell that uses the person's life force as a weapon. It could turn an enemy inside out but the caster dies in the process.
