[As the boy gave another yawn, he kept on mumbling to himself. Right now, he seriously felt like he was the 7 year old he should be. He wanted to stay up late and yet, he just couldn't!
Oh why oh why must his bedtime be so early?]
If you say so... [Of course now he was starting to trail off a little. And perhaps struggling to keep his eyes awake]
[ It can't be helped. Ishtar walked over to sit down next to him, offering her shoulder or lap if he wanted to rest on them. It would keep him from sleeping on the hard cold ground at least. ]
Yup, I said so.
[ She chuckled softly from her lips as Takeru murmured. ]
I guess you have a point. I'm just more worried about people's health if anything when it comes to that stuff.I hear it makes people "crash."
[ She replied with a more relaxed tone once he caught on. He's not such a bad guy after all. She keeps her smile as she looks around at the drink menu. ]
Honestly, I'd rather have a normal drink than something like this anyway... and it's fine don't worry about it. There's so many people here that it's hard to determine where they're from just by looking at them.
[ Ishtar would take whatever he could offer to her as words. She didn't want him to think too hard on it helping her piece things together. ]
...Robots that were suppose to help you?
[ She replied with a frown on her face as he said that. By the sound it the whole situation probably turned really sour fast. Of course, her hunch was right when Takeru told that the robots started to attack them and that they were seen as friends before they went berserk. That's really not something she'd like to hear especially for a child to have to go through that. Ishtar didn't really know what to say other keeping her brows furrowed. ]
That's bad. I can't believe they'd do that to people. Especially those that you know have some serious trust issues or trauma. I can't imagine them being okay with this kind of set up at all. Oh-- wh-- what? I don't think it's a good idea to pick any of those sides. They're both involved somehow and the last thing we need is people here dividing up in different factions or groups. That's just screwed up.
[ Yeah Ishtar won't be taking that lying down nope. ]
[ Ishtar was the type to get into trouble a lot so running away is usually the answer, so that's why she's pretty good at running but that doesn't really help her in this situation because her cat is faster and now she lost the darn thing. Stupid Bells and she ran right into poor Teddie in that awkward thing they call clothing of sorts. She's not entirely fond of running around barely clothed, even of her lack of modesty is typical.
Overdramtics are fun maybe... ]
L-Lady? I'm not that old...
[ She furrowed her brows as she slowly got off of him and back on her feet. She offered him a hand. ]
Sorry, that was bad timing. Are you okay?
[ Please look anywhere else but her chest.... cuz you know that's totally not cool. ]
[ It will eventually fade. She'll get over it somehow. ]
I guess you got a point but still I'm not entirely sure I want to trust that thought. Yeah-- probably. I'm not exactly the type that gets into fights or battles. It's what I get for being lazy, I suppose.
[ She replied giving the other a small laugh. ]
O-Oh you will really? Aahaha, I'm not sure I want to find out the hard way when I drink it and it's too late.
[ Ishtar will eventually remember his name and then she'll probably apologize a million times for it. ]
[ Well, she's not sure what kind of exercise regime is "intense push-ups" but she's a little worried. ]
Ah-- well maybe a good warning before we start would be helpful so I can be prepared for it maybe? A-Ah I don't think that's a good idea. I don't want anything to happen to you.
...I don't know...just-- I'm not really sure what I'm trying to say here.
[ Well she sort of said two contrasting things didn't she. It took her a moment to grasp her thoughts again ]
You don't have to keep it to yourself you know?
[ as much as she wants to breeze over the topic, she's aware how serious it is. Especially when she could hear someone she didn't usually hear cry like that. The sounds weren't loud but with a quiet apartment and the rest of the world sleeping, it was hard to avoid. ]
It's okay to cry you know? There's nothing wrong with it. It must have been a huge shock to you when it happened to me, I'm sure. It probably wasn't pleasant. I'm sorry that I disappeared on you a lot lately.
[ They're both pretty bad at this aren't they? She just hugs him some more since they were already stuck in the position for a while. ]
Yeah I wasn't sure how to well, you know react to all of it.
[He didn't want to remember how he had to fight in order to win. He knew he had to in the Digital World and fighting was an important thing. But fighting against his friends? That was another thing entirely. He didn't a repeat of what happened between his parents and how nobody got along. He couldn't stand losing anyone else that was close to him.
And especially not in a place like this]
Which is why I hope that everyone here will choose something else. I don't want to ever fight any of my friends again! It was horrible enough having to see my brother fight Taichi-san, I think it's just as worse here!
[Of course, he also had to fight Taichi's robot too. Not that it was a pleasant experience but it just proved his point]
What makes them think they can do that to everyone?!
[ Subject avoiding again. She's going to sigh at it but whenever he's ready she supposed. Arguing about the whole matter in general wasn't going to do either of them good since they were both bull headed. Ishtar wanted to press the matter but she was sure he needed time to recollect his thoughts or whatever. Of course, she didn't want to get him angry after what happened to her whether it was within her power or not. ]
I know... but you know.
[ Which makes no sense but Ishtar Logic. She's not really going to take it back. ]
...
[ Okay they've been on the floor of the kitchen for a while and well she sure hopes whatever he's making it's not burnt. ]
I'm mostly sorry for jumping on you like that... and taking the bed...
[ That's definitely a good thought to have and Ishtar probably didn't want it anymore than he did when it came to fighting but they don't really have much of a choice but to fight in general. She'll have to work around that somehow. Of course fighting would only be a last resort and even that she didn't want to do. Ishtar wanted to ensure that everyone could be happy without fighting but obviously it's impractical and unrealistic. She was too idealistic for her own good sometimes. ]
Same. Let's hope that they have good enough hearts and brains to avoid these stupid pointless fights. There's nothing we can't talk about before actually taking action.
[ Fighting anything that looks like your friends and family isn't exactly pleasant. She would know. ]
